Absolutely hands down the BEST dentist I have ever been to!!! From the front desk staff, (I can’t remember her name) but the one who goes over insurance & payment options, to the 4 hygienist that helped, the dentist, & the clerk at the checkout desk! The whole experience was nothing short of the best customer service you could get at a dental office. Everything was laid out perfectly for what they can do for treatment options, to payment options & future options! I have crippling anxiety over going to the dentist from a child, which I found out is because I don’t get as numb when I need procedures done and always was in pain when I went! I scheduled an emergency dentist appt which I have been worried sick over for 2 days leading up to my appt & now scheduled a full cleaning & exam with Michelle Tran!! I needed 2 crowns on 2 old fillings I had done as a child. She took her time, continued to give me more medicine as needed, checked in constantly & made me feel SOOO at ease! They offered a blanket when I got cold and shaky, offered me a drink & a snack half way through my appt as it ran longer than an average appt! I do not see myself EVER changing to another dentist office!! I felt so comfortable during the whole experience after avoiding the dentist for so long from being so scared to go. They ALL were very caring, compassionate, professional, gentle & skilled. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are someone like me who has avoided going, who may feel embarrassed by the shape your teeth are in, who have anxiety about going, or just in the market for a new dentist! You won’t be disappointed!! :)
