Dr. Tran was awesome she explained everything to create a good game plan for my next appointment! The hygienist were super awesome as well, very understanding and making sure we were comfortable! And of course the insurance/ receptionist her patience and explaining of every detail as well as working with my busy schedule! Really awesome place and staff!!

I want to give thanks to three staff members for making an emergency dentist visit a wonderful experience for a family member and me. Those three staff members are Miranda, Jackie, and Dr. Jhawer. Miranda, one of the receptionists, was kind and accommodating, checking to see if I wanted to accompany my family member, who was waiting to be treated and experiencing some anxiety. Jackie, who broke down the costs for us, was impressively straightforward about the treatment plan and its every component. She took the time to show the total cost without insurance, what insurance would cover, and the exact amount we would pay out of pocket. Dr. Jhawer, the dentist who created the treatment plan, was very friendly, professional, and candid about what needed to be done, taking the time to explain her reasoning behind the different options available to us. Because of these three wonderful ladies, my family member and I feel so much more positive and ready to take on what needs to be done. Thank you, Miranda, Jackie, and Dr. Jhawer!
